This is a goal oriented program, meaning that I will give you a plan that helps you meet your A, B, or C-goal. Every run and every race is different but if you follow the plan you will fell confident that you have put in the work do develop the base and specific fitness to meet your goal. It is the responsibility of the client to share the results of their weekly exercises and runs with the coach each week.
If you have a medical condition that prevents you from exerting yourself for longer than 15-minutes, you must get authorization to undergo training from a medical doctor prior to selecting your race.
Goals will be discussed and set at the intake meeting and re-evaluated and reset 2-weeks prior to your selected race.
