12-week Race Day Goals Coaching Experience

This package includes a personalized goal oriented training schedule with paces, distances, run-times for 4-weekly runs, and dumbbell weight training program (optional Peloton or Apple Fitness recommendations are available upon request). Additionally, an exclusive weekly group run will be available for clients who choose this package. The 11-weeks is calculated from the race you have selected. If the race is local Cecil will also be there race day as your biggest cheerleader!

This is a goal oriented program, meaning that I will give you a plan that helps you meet your A, B, or C-goal. Every run and every race is different but if you follow the plan you will fell confident that you have put in the work do develop the base and specific fitness to meet your goal. It is the responsibility of the client to share the results of their weekly exercises and runs with the coach each week.

If you have a medical condition that prevents you from exerting yourself for longer than 15-minutes, you must get authorization to undergo training from a medical doctor prior to selecting your race.

Goals will be discussed and set at the intake meeting and re-evaluated and reset 2-weeks prior to your selected race.
