“Philosophy and Running changed my life. I feel better in my 40’s than I ever did in my 30’s or 20’s. I am a licensed teacher, and APPA Philosophical Counselor, trained in Philosophy and Ethics. I believe in approaching coaching from a whole person epicurean perspective. Exercise is about cultivating happiness and ataraxia. I recommend the integration of yoga, weight training, diet, thought experiment, and a variety of diverting activities into a training regiment, with a strong focus on recovery and pain reduction.” -Cecil’s RRCA Page
